The masks of the I.C.E. goons remind me of the hoods worn by the Ku Klux Klan. Why do such people cover their faces? because what they are doing is disgraceful and criminal. 

The behavior of the I.C.E. goons reminds me also of the Black and Tans, a paramilitary group partly composed of thugs and sociopaths, that was recruited by the British in the 1920s to terrorize the Irish people.
