Trump is angling to have the new Washington, D.C. Commanders stadium named after him. He is trying to leave a lasting imprint on the national consciousness. Let him carry on with these efforts. He has never understood the distinction between renown and notoriety. Names can be changed, statuary removed, monuments destroyed.
